Ms. Purnima Bhoi a Professional Expert in Hospital Management & Health Care Administration, having a blend of industrial and teaching experience of 15 Years. After serving the industry for a decade she is into academics and research since last 5 years. Currently, she is continuing her doctoral research in the domain of Management on Quality and Patient Safety. During her industry tenure, her contribution was significant in the areas of Hospital Operations, Quality and Safety, Human Resource Management, Corporate Relations, Training & Capacity Building, Internal auditing and implementing ISO, NABH apart from routine Hospital Administration. Her Professional Membership includes Life Member Academy of Hospital Administration (AHA), Consortium of Accredited Healthcare Organizations (CAHO), and WHO Global Patient Safety Network (GPSN). In addition, she is a certified Patient Safety Officer (CAHO) and recognized patient safety champion by Patients for Patient Safety (PFPS) US. She has undertaken research project titled, "Competency Assessment of in-service Pharmacists in Primary Health Care Settings in Odisha''. Her diverse skill set, encompassing both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise, enriches her contributions to the academic and administrative spheres. Furthermore, she has been assigned with multiple administrative responsibilities at the KIIT School of Public Health. She is currently the bearing the responsibility of i) FIC - Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), ii) FIC - International Relations Office (IRO), and iii) FIC - Training and Workshops
