Mrs. Purnima Bhoi is an MBA (Health and Hospital Management with specialization in Hospital Management) from Indian Institute of Health Management and Research (IIHMR) University, Jaipur and pursuing her Ph.D. in Management on Quality and Patient Safety.

She has also completed a certificate course on “Leading Healthcare Quality and Safety” from George Washington University, Washington DC and certificate of course completion on “Risk Management and Patient Safety Improvement” EUNetPaS Proyect Edition from Quality Agency of the National Health System, Ministry of Health and Social Policy, Spain. She has also completed certificate course on ‘Nursing and Patient safety’ from School of Nursing and Health Studies, University of Miami.

She has an experience of around eleven years working in various portfolios including hospital operations, quality, HR, corporate relations, training & capacity building, internal auditing and implementing ISO, NABH etc. in various corporate and private hospitals. She is a life member of Academy of Hospital Administration (AHA), Noida and member of Quality Council of India (QCI), New Delhi. Her areas of interest are Health Care quality and patient safety, hospital operations and process improvements, NABH, accreditation. She has few publications to her credit.
