Sanjana Sundaresan
Ms. Sanjana Sundaresan is an epidemiologist and healthcare analytics researcher, with professional experience in real-world evidence and health outcomes research. She holds a Master of Science in Epidemiology from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a B.Tech in Bioengineering from SASTRA University. She has expertise in advanced statistical analyses, including survival, longitudinal, and causal inference methods, applied to diverse data sources such as electronic health records, insurance claims, and patient surveys. She has contributed to peer-reviewed publications in oncology, rare diseases, and chronic conditions. Beyond her professional roles, Ms. Sundaresan has led pro bono research with ASHWINI to identify risk factors for esophageal carcinoma among Adivasi communities in Gudalur and collaborated with SAATHII on HIV-focused initiatives, including qualitative analyses of social protection schemes and entitlements across eight Indian states.
