Ph.D. Scholar, Dr. Sonali Sahoo received the Young Scientist Award from the Indian Society for Veterinary Medicine (ISVM) in recognition of her exceptional research in Veterinary Medicine. This accolade was presented during the 40th Annual Convention of ISVM, which took place in Thrissur, Kerala from February 22-24, 2024. Her research focused on the Metagenomic analysis of cow milk samples using the Illumina platform – an innovative and pioneering effort in India.
