A four-day workshop on "Research Methods in Health" was organized at KIIT School of Public Health (KSPH) from 8-11 August 2023. The objective of the workshop was to build the capacity of participants on Public Health Research.

The workshop focused on topics like introduction to Research paradigms, identification of a research problems, study designs, methods of data collection, designing research ethics and data analysis using SPSS.

The course Director of the workshop was Prof. Dr. Bhuputra Panda Director, KIIT School of Public Health and the activities of the workshop were organized by Assistant Prof. Ms.
Purnima Bhoi, Faculty in Charge Training and Workshop. Faculties from KSPH were the resource persons of the workshop.

This workshop provided meticulous insights on Research Methods to the participants. More than 30 participants from various discipline (Nursing Social Sciences, Public Health and Hospital Management) attended the workshop. In order to cater to the research needs of multiple constituencies working in and around the theme of Public Health, this workshop was conducted successfully with feedback collection from participants.
