Essay Writing Competition

  • Theme: “Health in Everyday Life: Perspectives and Practices”

  • Description: Health is more than just hospitals and medicine—it’s a part of our daily routines, from the food we eat to the way we manage stress. This essay competition challenges you to explore how health manifests in everyday life and how small, consistent actions can lead to a healthier society. Be innovative, draw insights from your personal experiences, research, or real-world examples, and present a compelling argument.

Poster Making Competition

  • Theme: “Your Practices Today for a Healthier Tomorrow”

  • Description: A picture is worth a thousand words! This competition invites you to design a digital or hand-drawn poster that visually represents how daily health choices impact long-term well-being. Whether it’s fitness, mental health, nutrition, or sustainability—use your artistic skills to inspire healthier lifestyles.

  • Submission Deadline: May 30, 2025

  • Format: Digital artwork or a scanned copy of a physical poster (submit online via the link below)

  • Open to final-year undergraduate students and recent graduates from any discipline.
