Ms. Mohanty holds a Master's degree in Hospital Administration from SOA University in Bhubaneswar. Prior to this, she obtained a General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) qualification from SCB Medical College in Cuttack. She has previously served as an Administration Executive in a private hospital and as an Operational Trainee at CRH, Manipal University in Sikkim. She has conducted training sessions for nursing and hospital staff on various aspects of hospital management. Additionally, she has accumulated substantial teaching experience at KIIT Deemed to be University in Bhubaneswar.
