Dr. S. K. Satpathy, a medical doctor specialized in preventive and social medicine, public health and epidemiology, has a distinguished professional career of 38 years in public health teaching and programme management. He is trained in contemporary public health issues in Indonesia, UK, South Africa, Thailand, Sri Lanka, and Switzerland. He has worked with Govt. of India, NGOs (PHFI), International agencies (DANIDA, WHO) and private sector in a lead role. His major contribution is capacity building of public health professional, mentoring public health programs, establishing quality assurance mechanism in public health facilities, initiation of surveillance system for HIV/AIDS, SARS, Influenza, and expansion of public health education in India and Nigeria.  Besides, he has expertise in health systems innovations, project management, monitoring and evaluation at national and state levels in lead positions. His areas of interest are epidemiology, health systems research, health policy, global health, health promotion, Infectious Diseases, NCDs and geriatrics. He has 37 publications to his credit. He is a recipient of CUGH 2016 Velji Global Health Education Excellence Award (Faculty) at Consortium of Universities for Global Health (CUGH) Annual Conference, 2016 held at San Francisco, USA.

A modern medicine physician (MBBS-BU-2002), specializing in public health (International MPH-SCTIMST-2007), holding various academic, research and techno-managerial positions with Government, WHO, PHFI, and Private Universities. He has additional research training form IPR, Keck School of Medicine, University of South California, PG Diploma in Medical Law & Ethics (NLSIU, Bangalore), and also achieved Master Level in Global Health. His areas of interest are Epidemiology, Tobacco Control, Health Systems, Global Health, Implementation Research, NCDs, and Research Methods. He is author of about 20 journal articles/books/manuals. His research work has been recognized and awarded by various international professional bodies like, APOCP, ISAM, IEA, etc.

Mr Himanshu Sekhar Pradhan is an Associate Professor at the School of Public Health, KIIT, Bhubaneswar. He is a health management and demography professional. Himanshu studied two post graduate programme; one in Health Management from Indian Institute of Health Management Research, Jaipur and the other in Population Studies from International Institute for Population Sciences, Mumbai, India.

Prior to joining the School of Public Health, KIIT, in 2017, Himanshu has worked around 14 years in Public Health and Development fields primarily with the World Health Organization, United Nations Population Fund and United Nations Development Programme.
His current areas of interest are determinants of health; adolescent health; health issues of migrants; urban health; public health aspects of emergencies and health management.

Dr Nalinikanta Mishra has completed Masters in Public Health from SRM University, Chennai. Before Joining at KSPH he was associated with various project funded by TMST, DFID, ODISHA & AIIMS, UNICEF for last two years. He was also associated with various physiotherapy schools as an adjunct faculty in Odisha.

Dr. Dutta is a medical graduate from Cacutta University (1992), with MPH from University of  Leeds (2009), and PhD (Biostatistics-2014) from Peninsula College of Medicine and Denstistry, Universities of Exter & Plymouth, UK. He has a distinguished techno-manegerial and academic career with the Leprosy Mission, India; the World Health Organization; AIPH; and Indian Institute of Public Health, Bhubaneswar. He is an expert in the field of operational research, epidemiology & biostatistics, research project design & implementation, public health intervention design & implementation, statistical analysis, proposal development, and scientific writing.  His areas of research interest are ageing and non-communicable diseases, Tuberculosis, malaria and other infectious diseases, Health systems and Epidemiological methods. He has about 20 publications and multiple research grants and/or projects to his credit.
